What it Measures

This KPI shows the total number of each action type performed for all applicant lists, as well as the total number of all actions per applicant list.

When to Use it and Why

This KPI is best used monthly to review any trends related to applicant list activity.

Current Refresh Frequency

Monthly: Applicant list activity counts are updated in HIP at the end of each month.

Historical Archive Frequency

Monthly: Applicant list activity counts are created, or archived, at the end of the month; you can compare each month using the historical view.
